Choose pages according to customer questions and genuine business information. More pages are useful only when they serve a distinct purpose.
Cover the buying questions
Start with what you do, who it is for, where you serve and how to enquire. A focused homepage, service information, company background and contact page often cover these basics. Add prices or quotation guidance when it helps customers prepare a realistic request.
Add evidence and useful depth
Create separate service pages when offerings have different requirements or audiences. Use genuine projects, approved photographs and informative guides to answer deeper questions. Do not fabricate testimonials or offices to fill a template. Keep a small business website proportionate to the information available.
Give each page a maintenance owner
Record the purpose, source material and reviewer for every page. Check contact details and links before launch. If two proposed pages answer the same question, combine them or clarify their separate roles. Review the structure as the business adds services rather than creating empty sections in advance.
