The primary action should match the commitment a visitor is ready to make. Its label should explain what happens next.

Choose the next useful step

For custom engineering, sharing requirements may be more appropriate than a buy-now button. For a defined service, requesting a quotation may fit. Align the button with the actual destination and avoid promising an instant quote when manual review is required.

Keep supporting actions secondary

A brochure or case study can help an undecided visitor, but it should not visually compete with every enquiry button. Use consistent wording for repeated primary actions. Different labels should indicate genuinely different actions, not accidental variation.

Test access and destination

Check keyboard focus, contrast, tap spacing and the linked contact route. If an external messaging app opens, explain that clearly. Measure the action separately from a confirmed lead so a button click is not reported as a completed sale.
