Organised, approved material reduces rework and helps the finished website describe the business accurately.
Create a page-based content inventory
For each planned page, record its purpose, draft text, supporting images and reviewer. Separate facts that are approved from claims needing confirmation. Include contact details, service coverage and quotation requirements. A folder of mixed brochures is a starting source, not a finished website content plan.
Prepare usable visual files
Keep original photographs and identify their subject, permission and intended page. Remove confidential information before publishing. Supply vector logos where available and avoid screenshots of logos embedded in documents. Let the development workflow create optimised web variants while preserving the originals.
Approve and version the package
Assign one owner to consolidate feedback and mark the current version. Check BM and English facts together so prices or specifications do not diverge. Record missing material with a deadline. Review the content inside the page layout before final approval because headings and captions may need adjustment.
