A service page should answer a customer’s decision, while supporting articles handle narrower learning questions. Map those roles before creating more URLs.

Group questions by desired outcome

Collect enquiries and relevant search terms, then group them by what the user wants to accomplish. Someone seeking a supplier differs from someone troubleshooting a component. Review whether the business actually provides the requested service. Do not create a commercial page for an offering you cannot fulfil.

Assign one primary page per need

Map closely related terms to a useful primary page rather than separate near-duplicates. Give distinct services their own scope, evidence and enquiry requirements. Let an explanatory guide link to the relevant service when the reader is ready. Document overlaps before commissioning new content.

Review performance by intent

Compare landing-page queries, engagement and qualified enquiries. A page can attract traffic but the wrong audience. Refine the explanation and links before assuming another page is needed. Preserve successful URLs and update the map as customer language or the service range changes.
