Baztech — Driving Efficiency Through Tech

Engineering Service

Firmware Development

We build firmware that reads sensors accurately, handles unreliable networks, protects data, manages power and recovers predictably from faults in real operating environments.

Reliable embedded software for sensing, control, communication, power management and diagnostics.

The operational challenge

The operational challenge

Projects usually begin with one or more of these constraints.

  • Devices lose data when connectivity is intermittent
  • Battery life is shorter than the deployment requires
  • Existing firmware is difficult to diagnose or update

What Baztech can deliver

What Baztech can deliver

The final scope is confirmed after technical discovery and any required site assessment.

  • Sensor drivers and device control
  • MQTT, LoRaWAN, BLE and cellular communication
  • Data buffering and fault handling
  • Deep sleep and power optimisation
  • OTA updates and remote diagnostics

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is firmware development delivered as a fixed product?

Baztech normally configures firmware development around the operating environment, required integrations and project scope. Reusable components may be used, but the final system is designed around confirmed requirements.

Can Baztech support only one part of the project?

Yes. We can lead the complete project or support a defined stage such as feasibility, PCB design, firmware, dashboard development, integration or deployment.

How does a project begin?

We start with a technical discussion covering the problem, operating environment, required outputs, existing equipment, target users and deployment constraints. The next step may be a feasibility review, site assessment or scoped quotation.

Is on-site work available?

Remote development is used where practical. Site surveys, installation support and commissioning can be arranged in Malaysia when physical equipment or field conditions need to be assessed.
