The operational challenge

The operational challenge

Projects usually begin with one or more of these constraints.

  • Equipment depends on repetitive manual switching
  • Schedules and sensor conditions are not coordinated
  • Remote control is needed without losing local override

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is industrial automation delivered as a fixed product?

Baztech normally configures industrial automation around the operating environment, required integrations and project scope. Reusable components may be used, but the final system is designed around confirmed requirements.

Can Baztech support only one part of the project?

Yes. We can lead the complete project or support a defined stage such as feasibility, PCB design, firmware, dashboard development, integration or deployment.

How does a project begin?

We start with a technical discussion covering the problem, operating environment, required outputs, existing equipment, target users and deployment constraints. The next step may be a feasibility review, site assessment or scoped quotation.

Is on-site work available?

Remote development is used where practical. Site surveys, installation support and commissioning can be arranged in Malaysia when physical equipment or field conditions need to be assessed.
