Connecting the design to its manufacturing requirements
Baztech’s electronic development work includes schematics, PCB layout, component sourcing and coordination of fabrication and assembly. Our workflow uses EasyEDA for design, with sourcing through suppliers including LCSC, DigiKey, Arrow and element14, and fabrication and assembly through JLCPCB.
Examples discussed in our custom-electronics catalogue include the ESP32 Smart Thermostat Kit, Industrial Multi-Connectivity IoT Controller, Cellular I/O Gateway, 8-Channel I/O Controller Board and Relay Controller 4-Channel. These examples show the types of electronic functions our team works with; a new supply requirement is defined around the customer’s specification.
Component availability belongs in the design process
We consider component lifecycle during design and look for suitable newer alternatives when a selected component or module is marked Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND). A replacement still needs its electrical, mechanical and firmware requirements reviewed; it should not be assumed to be a direct substitute.
For an enquiry, provide the intended function, interfaces, power source, enclosure constraints, target quantities and any existing schematics or board requirements.

Questions about this integration
Does Baztech manufacture every board in-house?
Our role includes electronic design and manufacturing coordination. JLCPCB is one of the external fabrication and assembly services used in the described workflow.
Can the design be adapted to a different sensor or interface?
That can be assessed as a custom-design requirement, including the changes needed to the PCB and firmware.
