Bringing existing PLC control into a web interface
Baztech’s project experience includes a Web SCADA application for process control in a manufacturing facility and boiler operation. The setup uses FUXA with a Raspberry Pi 4-based single-board computer (SBC), connected to the existing PLC controller.
The integration provides a web interface for monitoring process parameters and issuing control commands in real time over the network through Baztech’s server. It connects the existing PLC-based installation to a browser-based view of the process.
A connected view of the process
The system brings together three layers: the existing PLC controller, the Raspberry Pi 4-based SBC integration, and the server-backed Web SCADA interface. The browser interface presents the connected process parameters and control functions defined for the application.
The supplied process-control display shows how equipment, flow paths and process values can be brought together in one web interface.
Planning a similar integration in Malaysia
For a manufacturing or boiler-monitoring enquiry, share the existing PLC make and model, available communication interface, parameters to monitor, required control functions and network arrangement. These details determine the integration scope for the existing installation.
Baztech can discuss a Web SCADA interface that works with the site’s existing control system. A new project must be assessed against its own controller and operating requirements; this experience does not establish compatibility with every PLC.

Questions about this integration
Does this project use FUXA and Raspberry Pi 4?
Yes. The described setup uses FUXA Web SCADA and a Raspberry Pi 4-based SBC connected to the existing PLC controller.
Can operators monitor and control parameters over the network?
Yes. The described application supports real-time parameter monitoring and process control through the server-backed web interface over the network.
Must the existing PLC be replaced?
The described project connects to the existing PLC. For another installation, Baztech first assesses the controller and its available interfaces.
