This board is at schematic-development stage. The described functions are planned and remain subject to implementation and testing.
Evaluating cellular hardware before industrial deployment
Baztech’s custom-product prototyping work includes a Quectel EC200 cellular module paired with an Espressif ESP32 development board. The prototype is used to evaluate module stability before the hardware is taken into a real industrial operating environment.
The bench setup provides a practical development stage for connecting the cellular module and controller, working on the application and observing their behaviour together. The supplied photo shows the prototype, temporary wiring, bench power supply and measurement equipment used during development.
A prototype stage within custom product development
The Quectel module provides the cellular-connectivity layer, while the ESP32 development board supports the controller side of the prototype. Bringing these components together early allows the team to evaluate the setup before progressing with the client’s custom product.
This page describes prototyping and stability evaluation. The setup is not presented as a finished industrial product, and completed stability results are not claimed.
Planning a cellular product prototype in Malaysia
For a similar enquiry, share the intended application, selected module variant, power arrangement, cellular coverage and expected operating conditions. The evaluation scope can then be defined around the behaviour that matters for the intended product.
Baztech can discuss custom electronics, embedded application development and cellular-module integration as part of the product-development process.
Questions about this integration
