From LoRaWAN messages to usable measurements
Baztech’s gateway experience includes RAKwireless WisGate Edge Pro, WisGate Edge Lite 2 and WisGate Connect Outdoor equipment connected to ChirpStack on our server. Our contribution includes payload decoding, dashboard integration and maintenance.
A gateway connection is one stage of an operational monitoring application. The received sensor payload needs to be interpreted so the software can present the correct parameter and unit. That application work is a central part of the integration service, alongside selecting and configuring the gateway for its intended site.
Specify the network and application together
For a new enquiry, share the sensor models, expected device count, installation environment, available backhaul and required reporting interval. Include the dashboard and maintenance requirements so the network scope reflects how the data will be used.
The named WisGate families cover different hardware options. The exact model, regional radio configuration and software version need to be identified before configuration is agreed.
Questions about this integration
Can Baztech work with an existing ChirpStack installation?
Yes. Existing network and application interfaces can be reviewed as part of an integration scope.
Why is payload decoding needed?
Sensor messages often contain encoded values. The appropriate decoder converts those values into measurements the dashboard can interpret and label correctly.
