Assembling a custom Arduino baseboard
Baztech’s custom electronics work includes assembling a baseboard for an Arduino Mega 2560 board. The project combines the controller board with an Ethernet module and a 3.3 V relay.
The baseboard provides the physical arrangement for the project’s controller and supporting hardware. This work brings PCB assembly and module integration together around the required board configuration.
Ethernet and relay hardware
The Ethernet module forms the wired network connection in the described setup. The project also includes a 3.3 V relay as part of its hardware configuration.
The supplied workshop photograph shows a green baseboard held in an assembly fixture beneath a magnifying lamp, with components fitted to part of the PCB. A separate relay board is visible on the workbench. It captures the assembly stage rather than a completed enclosed installation.
Planning a similar custom board
For a similar project in Malaysia, share the controller board, Ethernet module, relay specifications and intended application. Power requirements, interface levels and enclosure dimensions help define the baseboard layout and assembly scope.
Baztech can discuss custom PCB assembly and integration around the hardware selected for your project.
